The International Centre for Birds of Prey found me via my website when they were looking for someone to redesign/illustrate their new map. Previously, they had been using a very busy looking, brightly coloured design. It did the job but they wanted something that would reflect their personality a bit more. Maps are always tricky as they not only have to look pretty, but they have to be practical as people actually need them to find their way around! I had a lot of fun creating this one though and I feel as if I have developed a map that’s visually appealing, and clear enough for people to navigate the centre.
